3 Month Replacement Warranty
Warranty Statement Suave Activewear warrants that its
apparel and accessories (the “Products”) are free from manufacturing defects in
materials and workmanship for 90 days from the original date of purchase. If a
covered defect arises within that period, Suave Activewear will replace the
defective Product at no charge.
What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in seams, stitching, fabric integrity, zippers, hardware, and
workmanship that materially affects product use. - Products purchased from Suave Activewear’s official website or authorized retailers.
- Damage from normal wear and tear.
What’s Not Covered This warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage from misuse, neglect, improper care, or accidents.
- Damage from alteration, improper repair, or use of cleaning agents contrary to the care label.
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect product function (fading, pilling from normal use, minor snags).
- Damage from stains, odors, or contact with chemicals/sunscreen.
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers or resold/used items.
Eligibility & Proof of Purchase To file a claim you must:
- Be the original purchaser.
- Provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) showing purchase date within 90 days.
- If the damages are found to be intentional to claim under this policy, the customer will be liable for any costs entailed and blacklisted from Suave Activewear for any future purchases.
How to Submit a Claim:
1. Email: warranty@suaveactivewear@outlook.com with:
- Your name, order number, and purchase date.
- Photos clearly showing the defect (close-ups and full-item views).
- A brief description of the defect and how/when it was first noticed.
2. After initial review, Suave Activewear may request additional photos, a return of the item, or inspection by an authorized repair facility.
3. Evaluation & Resolution
- Suave Activewear will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and aim to resolve claims within 10 business days of receiving all required information or the returned item.
- If the defect is covered, Suave Activewear will replace the item with the same style and size if available. If the exact item is unavailable, Suave Activewear may offer a comparable replacement or a store credit equal to the purchase price.
Shipping & Handling
- If a return is required for inspection, Suave Activewear will provide a prepaid shipping label for covered claims. For claims found not covered, outbound shipping costs for returns may be billed to the customer.
- Replacement items will be shipped at no cost for covered claims within the 90‑day period.
Limitations:
- This warranty is limited to replacement of the Product only. Suave Activewear is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, except where prohibited by law.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights
which vary by jurisdiction.

- This policy is only for Australian and New Zealand purchases only.
